Child Advocacy Training Opportunities

The Child Advocacy Center will be hosting 2 training opportunities in Auburn this month at the Nemaha County Hospital. 

  • Child Abuse & Neglect 101 on February 20th will cover the skills needed to recognize and report child abuse and neglect.
  • Child Abuse & Neglect 201 on February 23rd is designed to help understand the roles and responsibilities when first responding to child abuse and neglect calls.

These trainings would be beneficial to educators, school administrators, foster parents, daycare providers, or just community members interested in learning how to respond to signs of child abuse and neglect. 

Both are open to the public. There will be a $5 registration fee for materials. Registration is required.
