BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN US by the City Code of Ordinances of Auburn, Nebraska, and the provisions of Auburn Municipal Code § 132.08 FIREWORKS and within the Mayor’s executive duties and authority as Mayor of the City of Auburn, NE, we declare & it is hereby Ordered & permitted as follows:It shall be permitted within the City of Auburn, NE to ignite, discharge, or cause to explode fireworks or firecrackers from 12:00, Noon, on Friday, December 30, 2022, to 11:59 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2022, as well as, from 12:00, Noon, on Saturday, December 31, 2022 (New Year’s Eve) until 1:00 a.m. Sunday, January 1, 12023 (New Years).This Proclamation shall be given prompt and general publicity and shall be filed with the City Clerk.
This is not intended, and does not create any right or benefit, substantive procedural, or otherwise enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the City of Auburn, NE., its departments, agencies, entities thereof, officers, employees or agents.
