Auburn is a great place to live if you’re a senior citizen.
Our Senior Center & City Hall building is located just south of historical Legion Park at 1101 J Street. The Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and offers a different menu monthly. Congregate meals are available at the Senior Center Monday through Friday. The Meals on Wheels program is also available, serving our seniors by delivering meals to their homes Monday through Friday. Multiple groups meet for cards and coffee throughout the week.
The Auburn Senior Center can be rented for events for $75 by calling the Auburn City Hall at 402-274-3420.
Meals for those 60 and above are $6.50
Meals for those 59 and below are $8.00
