NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING CITY OF AUBURN, NE., BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS (BPW) AT AUBURN BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS, 1600 “0” ST. AUBURN, NE.
Public Notice is hereby given by the City of Auburn, NE. Board of Public Works (BPW) that a Special Meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Auburn Board of Public Works, 1600 “O” St., Auburn, NE. 68305, (Board Room) with said meeting being open to public attendance. A special agenda for such meeting is kept continuously current, and is available for public inspection at the Board of Public Works Main Office at 1600 “O” St. A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Public Works (“BPW”) in its own capacity.
The purpose of the special meeting is to consider and take possible action on listed special agenda items including a mutual consideration final resolution agreement between the BPW and the general manager (currently on leave) and matters resulting therefrom.
All interested parties shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to express her/his/their views regarding proposed considerations to the BPW.
