Signup is through TeamSnap and the cost is $50. If you need assistance with registration, please contact any member of Auburn City Rec. All participants are required to meet the age requirement of 8-14 years of age by January 1st.
2024 season boys must be born in 2015-2009:
8U (Machine Pitch) 10&U: 8-10-year-old 12&U: 11-12-year-old 14&U: 13-14-year-old
Once players have been assigned to a team you will receive an “invite” email from TeamSnap. Download the TeamSnap app on your smartphone and/or check your e-mail for team information.

Equipment: Auburn City Rec will supply a player jersey for each participant. Players must purchase their own baseball pants for the season. Coaches will choose the color of pants for their own team, so please ask your coach, once assigned, what your team color will be for the season. Players will also need a baseball glove and cleats to participate; tennis shoes are not recommended for competition. Auburn City Rec will have helmets and bats for each team; however, personal player bats and helmets are allowed.
Game Schedule: Starting Mid May the season will start, games will be played on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons/evenings. The season will conclude the last week of June with a League Tournament.
Support: If you are interested in coaching, please check that box on your player’s registration. If your player has not been contacted shortly after the close of registration contact the commissioner!
Practice: Your coach will notify you of practice times and locations. All scheduling is handled by our field coordinator.

Umpires: If you have a youth boy age 16 & older interested in umpiring this season, please contact Mike Henrichs (Plate = $45/game – Field =$40/game).
Team Pictures: Coaches will schedule team and individual photos this season. This is optional but coaches would like to have all players present at a minimum for team photos.
