Auburn City Rec softball competes in the Southeast Nebraska Girls Fast Pitch Softball League.
Registration is now OPEN through March 10th! Early registration is encouraged. Final team information must be turned into the league by March 15th.

The TeamSnap app is available for coaches, commissioners, players, and parents to communicate. Once players have been assigned to a team you will receive an ‘invite’ email from TeamSnap. Download the TeamSnap app on your smartphone and/or check your email for team information.

The age division is determined by your daughter’s age as of September 1, 2023.
A copy of your daughter’s birth certificate WILL be required, according to league rules.
8U Division- This is a coach pitch only division for beginning/early softball players. MINIMUM age
requirement for this division will be players who were in first grade for 2023-2024 school year. Ages
kindergarten or younger are encouraged to read the information for ACR Coach Pitch and TBall.
9U Division- NEW for 2024. This is a player/coach pitch league and will follow Southeast Nebraska Girls
Fast Pitch Softball League rules for “rec” play.
10U Division- NEW for 2024. This is a player ONLY pitch league and will follow Southeast Nebraska Girls
Fast Pitch Softball League rules for competitive play,
12U, 14U, and 18U Divisions- Follow USA Softball rules as agreed upon by the Southeast Nebraska Girls
Fast Pitch Softball League for competitive play.
Equipment: Players will need their own glove, red softball socks, and black softball pants. Team
jerseys will be handed out before the first game. Helmets and bats will be available, however
bringing your own is highly encouraged. Each player having a fielding face mask is highly
encouraged by ACR for safety.
Game Schedule/League Tournaments: (Tentative) Games follow a triangular or double
header format each game day. Games start mid-May and continue through June. Final team
schedules will be given to players by coaches.
8U- Saturday mornings (First games May, 18 2024 with league tournament June 21-23, 2024)
9U- Friday evenings (First games May 10, 2024 with league tournament June 14-16, 2024)
10U- Friday evenings (First games May 10, 2024 with league tournament June 14-16, 2024)
12U-Wednesday evenings (First games May 15, 2024 with league tournament June 21-23, 2024)
14U- Tuesday evenings with one additional Thursday evening (First games May 14, 2024 with league
tournament the week of June 17th)
18U- Monday/Thursday evenings
Support: Coaches will be needed! If you are willing to be head coach or assist, please check the
box on the signup or contact the commissioner. Head coaches will be asked to complete online
SafeSport training at no cost, completion certificate will be collected by ACR softball commissioner .
After a coaches’ meeting in March, players will be contacted by their coaches. This will be the first
notification you receive after registration. Please, if you have not heard from a coach by April 1st
contact the commissioner.
Practice: Your coach will contact you with practice information. Players are expected to attend
practices regularly.
