NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council, of the City of Auburn, Nemaha County, Nebraska will meet on the 22nd day of September, 2026, at 5:00 o’clock P.M., in the City Council Chambers, for the purpose of holding public hearings, open to the general public.
- Announce – “I am required by law to inform the public that a copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted on the North wall of these Chambers by the entrance door.”

- 5:00 P.M. Public Hearing on the FY 2026-2027 Budget
- 5:05 P.M. or as soon as possible after allowing all comments on the budget hearing-Public Hearing to set Final Tax Request

A Special Meeting of the Mayor and City Council, open to the general public, is hereby called to be held at the City Hall on the 22nd day of September, 2026, commencing immediately upon adjournment of the proceeding public hearings which will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will continue until all attendee testimony has concluded to obtain public comment on the proposed 2026-2027 budget and setting of the final tax request.
